As an important part of the ceramic industry, the domestic ceramic industry has just started in the promotion of intelligent manufacturing strategy. This paper starts with the analysis of the general situation of the development of China's domestic ceramic industry, analyzes the background of the implementation of intelligent manufacturing in the domestic ceramic industry from the macro and micro levels, and then considers the next development path in combination with the current situation of the development of intelligent manufacturing in the domestic ceramic industry, with a view to providing a reference for the development of intelligent manufacturing in the domestic ceramic industry.

Current situation and development of intelligent manufacturing in domestic ceramic industry

This paper starts with the analysis of the general situation of the development of China's domestic ceramic industry, analyzes the background of the implementation of intelligent manufacturing in the domestic ceramic industry from the macro and micro levels, and then considers the next development path in combination with the current situation of the development of intelligent manufacturing in the domestic ceramic industry, with a view to providing a reference for the development of intelligent manufacturing in the domestic ceramic industry.

1、 Current situation of intelligent manufacturing development in domestic ceramic industry

Since "Made in China 2025" was put forward in May 2015, many domestic ceramic enterprises in major domestic ceramic production areas such as Jingdezhen City, Jiangxi Province, Lichuan County, Jiangxi Province, Dehua County, Fujian Province, Chaozhou City, Guangdong Province, Liling City, Hunan Province and Zibo City, Shandong Province have started the transformation and upgrading of intelligent manufacturing. The domestic ceramic enterprises in these porcelain producing areas have made breakthroughs in the following aspects by promoting intelligent manufacturing:

1.1 Production efficiency improvement

Through the implementation of intelligent manufacturing, domestic ceramic enterprises have changed the former "semi-mechanized+semi-manual" production mode by virtue of the application of intelligent equipment, optimization of technological process, and complement of information technology, and greatly improved the production efficiency of domestic ceramic products. Take the ceramic intelligent manufacturing workshop (hereinafter referred to as "Yishan Ceramic Intelligent Manufacturing Workshop") of Jingdezhen Yishan Porcelain Co., Ltd. as an example. After introducing seven of the world's top automated production lines in Germany, its production efficiency has reached 300 pieces/equipment/hour, equivalent to the output of semi-automatic equipment in one day. Dehua Tongxin Ceramics Co., Ltd. has greatly reduced the impact of human factors on the production schedule or production plan through the whole-process automation and information operation of orders, and increased the production efficiency by more than 20%.

1.2 Product quality improvement

Through the implementation of intelligent manufacturing, domestic ceramic enterprises have gradually reduced the uncertainty of domestic ceramic products, that is, the uncontrollability of product quality. Intelligent equipment such as fully automatic grouting and rolling forming make the product specification standard, greatly improving the product qualification rate and the rate of superior products. For example, Yishan Ceramic Intelligent Manufacturing Workshop has effectively solved the technical difficulties of daily ceramic products that are easy to deform, and the deformation rate has decreased by about 10%; The hardness and toughness of the ceramic beads of Jingdezhen Porcelain Sea Porcelain Co., Ltd. have been improved by 15%, which effectively alleviates the "natural defect" of the fragility of domestic ceramic products. Another example is Dehua Tongxin Company, whose finished product rate has increased by five percentage points and product quality has improved significantly.

1.3 Shortening of production cycle

Through the implementation of intelligent manufacturing, domestic ceramic enterprises have greatly reduced the production cycle compared with the original traditional manufacturing methods in the design, proofing, molding, glazing, drying, firing, quality inspection, packaging, warehousing and other links. For example, through the operation of 3D modeling system and 3D printing equipment, the production cycle of daily ceramic products has been reduced by about 50%, from 30 days to 15 days. For another example, Dehua Tongxin Co., Ltd. shortened the proofing period of ceramic products from one week to one day with the help of 3D printing, one-time molding of porcelain clay and microwave rapid drying. 1.4 Increase of product conversion rate

Through the implementation of intelligent manufacturing, domestic ceramic enterprises have broken through many restrictions on the design of domestic ceramics to finished products with the help of digital technology and new technology, and solved the problem of "design can be achieved, but production can not be achieved or low-cost batch production can not be achieved" caused by ceramic material, shape, technology and other factors. Such as the daily ceramic products of Yishan Ceramic Intelligent Manufacturing Workshop. The conversion rate from design to finished products has increased from 30% to 80%, giving designers more space in terms of flower surface and shape. The color, line and shape that could not be realized in ceramic materials can achieve mass production and promote the high-end promotion of daily ceramic products.

1.5 Reduction in the use of workers

Through the implementation of intelligent manufacturing, the number of management personnel, production workers and auxiliary workers in the production workshops and production lines of domestic ceramic enterprises has been greatly reduced, effectively reducing the labor costs of enterprises and reducing the dependence on technical workers. For example, a self-help molding production line of Dehua Tongxin Company reduced the number of workers from 16 to 1, saving 6 million yuan of labor costs each year. Another example is that a complete production workshop of Chaozhou Songfa Company only needs no more than 20 managers and offline auxiliary workers.

1.6 Increase in orders placed by customers

Through the implementation of intelligent manufacturing, domestic ceramic enterprises use 5G technology and VR technology to ensure that customers can grasp the production progress and quality of products in real time, so as to attract customers to place orders for production. For example, the "5G+VR" science and technology innovation center of Chaozhou Haoming Ceramic Intelligent Factory made customers at home and abroad more confident in order production during the COVID-19.

1.7 Optimization of production workshop environment

Through the implementation of intelligent manufacturing, intelligent production equipment and production lines have replaced the open manual operation and semi-mechanized equipment in the past, and at the same time of the production of daily ceramic products, the pollution of waste water, waste gas, waste residue, noise and other pollutants are controlled to the minimum or even zero emission, and the entire production workshop meets the 6S standard. For example, the ceramic pot production workshop of Jiangxi Bangqi Ceramics Co., Ltd. is replaced by a clean and tidy production site instead of the dusty scene in the past.
